Our Sustainable Events
CHARITY EVENTS
Working with a number of charities in the UK groups can dedicate their event to making items that these charities can use. Items range from crackers to skateboards and bikes.
WELLBEING VILLAGE
Not only is this game fun but it offers guests some valuable tools to help them manage their day to day lives both in and out of the office.
BIRD & BUG HOUSES
One of our creative masterclasses that gives each guest the opportunity to take something home that will impact their natural environment.
We recognise that we are privileged – we get to work in an industry that we love. We have the opportunity to experience many different locations and cultures and we work with a gloriously diverse group of clients. As part of this privilege, we believe that it is our duty to be mindful of our impact on the world. We have a series of small actions that we take on a daily basis including – using recycled materials and recycling all that we can in the office, sourcing sustainable items for all our event delivery and encouraging our clients to do the same, sharing transport to and from events and appointments.
We also seek to use our resources to give back to the community. Each year we undertake a charitable challenge where we look to raise money for our chosen charity. Not only does the charity benefit but we get to have a shared experience as a team … definitely walking the walk as well as talking the talk!

2023 Challenge
Magic Breakfast and The South Downs Way Walk
We are very lucky, in Hampshire, that we have some incredible countryside on our doorstep and that includes the incredible 100 mile long South Downs Way National Trail. The path winds its way through the South Downs National Park, we will be starting in Winchester and finishing at Beachy Head in Eastbourne.
We can expect breath-taking scenery; from the landscapes of chalk downs to traditional English villages, rivers and woodland. We will then finish with dramatic Seven Sisters cliffs and the English Channel.
Every person in the team is a parent and we feel passionately about supporting worthy charities, especially if they are for children or local causes. We feel this charity covers both, so double win!!
We are raising money for Magic Breakfast. This is a charity that delivers free breakfasts to schools for up to 200,000 children facing hunger every day.
“We work with schools to ensure that no child is too hungry to learn and thrive. Our partner schools offer their students a free, nutritious magic breakfast and ensure they start their day the right way.
We work in schools working within high levels of disadvantage, helping head teachers target the children most in need without making those children stand out or feel embarrassed.”

2022 Challenge
Gill applied for a ballot place for the London Marathon and got it. Even though there is no expectation to raise money for charity with a ballot place, Gill decided to use the opportunity to support and raise money for St. Michael’s in North Hampshire, who didn’t receive a charity place this year.
Gill lost her mum to cancer 19 years ago in October and the family were very well looked after in those last few days in the hospice. Gill thought this was the perfect way for her to be able to give back and help the hospice as well as all the families they look after.
We are so proud to say that Gill completed the marathon in 4 hours 45 minutes and that she raised a fantastic £2,600. Thank you so much to anyone who sponsored her.
